Prevent Sleep Problems

A 2020 paper, by Professors Bilgen and Wolke, concluded that “Contemporary practice of some parents in the United Kingdom to occasionally or often ‘leaving infant to cry it out’ during the first 6 months was not associated with adverse behavioural development and attachment at 18 months.”
Some adults are ‘owls’, they feel better in the evening, prefer to go to bed later, and, when able, wake up later. Other adults are ‘larks’, they feel better in the morning, prefer to go to bed earlier, and wake up earlier.
